Single Feather Media (SFM) is a digital services company. Formed in 2008, SFM is a sole proprietorship independently operated by Michael Kickingbear Johnson, an enrolled citizen of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, and a 30-year veteran of the digital communication industry. He leverages talent from relationships he has built over the years and his own knowledge to provide clients with excellent cost-effective solutions for their communication needs.

Michael is also a Co-host of “Native Opinion”, an information & education, internet radio show, podcast & and youtube video magazine which looks at current affairs from the Indigenous perspective.

Michael has a particular interest in promoting tribal empowerment by helping tribal citizens, organizations, or governments create their own broadcast solutions to elevate their voices and communicate important information or promote the amazing talent found within our tribal communities.
